GWO-Based Simulated Annealing Approach for Load Balancing in Cloud for Hosting Container as a Service

Container-based virtualization has gained significant popularity in recent years because of its simplicity deployment and adaptability terms cloud resource provisioning. Containerization technology is the development computing systems that more efficient, reliable, better overall performance than a traditional virtual machine (VM) based technology. Containerized clouds produce by maximizing host-level utilization using load-balancing technique. To this end, article concentrates on distributing workload among all available servers evenly. In paper, we propose Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) Simulated Annealing approach to counter problem load balancing containerized also considers deadline miss rate. We have compared our results with Genetic Particle Swarm algorithm evaluated proposed algorithms considering parameter variation makespan. Our experimental result shows that, most cases, 97% tasks were meeting their Algorithm (GWO-SA) performs other approaches
